We’re looking for a WordPress Developer who builds clean, fast, and scalable websites, not just themes out of the box.
This role is for someone who understands how to go beyond drag-and-drop tools and build performance-focused WordPress sites with real flexibility. You’ll work with our design team, frontend devs, and sometimes directly with clients.
We care about performance, maintainability, and structure. You should too.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins when needed
• Integrate designs from Figma or custom UI into WordPress
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Work with ACF, custom post types, and reusable components
• Set up multilingual and multisite configurations when needed
• Ensure clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Who You Are:
• 2+ years of WordPress development experience
• Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JS
• Experience working with custom themes (not just Elementor or page builders)
• Familiar with tools like ACF, WPML, and Yoast
• Able to troubleshoot, debug, and ship reliable solutions
• Comfortable working in a remote async team and hitting deadlines
Bonus if you also:
• Have experience with headless WordPress or Next.js integrations
• Know your way around Git and modern build tools
• Understand the basics of technical SEO and performance metrics
• Can contribute to improving workflows or theme architecture
